Assigning project responsibilities, managing workload planning, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting career development. * Resource and reputed company Planning:Forecasting staffing needs based on sales pipeline and active project demand. Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing consulting or professional services P&L in a reputed company or reputed company software environment.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple reputed company or time zones.
