You will tasked to reputed company a team in support of the Oncology franchise in the Breast Cancer reputed company. The Oncology Inside Sales Manager will manage reputed company operational aspects including build, leadership, training, coaching and performance management of a team of remote oncology inside/tele sales professionals.Qualifications:

• 4-year Bachelor degree required
• Minimum 3 years of direct selling experience to reputed company in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or reputed company industry
• Oncology experience preferred
• 2 years of Pharmaceutical Management experience, managing a team of successful reputed company Sales Specialists required
• Experience managing tele-sales reps
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and proficiency in using technology for virtual interactions
• Strong ability to communicate and work cross-functionally reputed company a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company and reputed company a team towards meeting and exceeding objectives in a remote or call center environment
• Strong leadership, planning and organization, problem solving and decision-making skills
