This is full-time / 40+ hours per week.If you are interested in this Remote Pharmacy Care Coordinator position, please contact Madison Meredith at 469-890-1205 or mmeredithRemote Pharmacy Care Coordinator CompensationThe pay for this position is $20.00 per hourBenefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employmentA 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility datesRemote Pharmacy Care Coordinator HighlightsThis position is a contract assignment with the potential to hire on permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needsTraining Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday – Friday (first 4–6 weeks, mandatory virtual attendance)Regular Schedule: Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST (many people are not scheduled past 5pm but this still will happen occasionally and must be expected)Remote Pharmacy Care Coordinator ResponsibilitiesCreate and complete accurate referrals/applications in the CRM platform while keeping up with policy/procedural changesResolve patient questions and concerns regarding their care reputed companyEnter detailed, accurate, and clear notes in proprietary software during phone conversationsreputed company outbound calls for patient follow-reputed company or confirmationsMaintain quality, empathetic support while controlling conversations and educating callersInteract with reputed company providers and referral sources to process new applicantsManage patient accounts from initial contact to final approval or denialRemote Pharmacy Care Coordinator Requirements

• Knowledge of insurance billing and general pharmacy operations
• 2–4 years of customer-facing or call center experience

• High School Diploma or GED
