Would also assist customers and employees with online banking, mobile banking, billpay, CardHub, TransferNow, Zelle, and responding to online banking email inquiries and troubleshooting issues of these systems. - A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
- Prior specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific reputed company area, (e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc.) is required.
- A minimum of 12 to 18 months reputed company experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
