• Master's in education with a specialization in reading or teaching reading from an accredited institution or foreign equivalent OR Bachelor's in any academic discipline from an accredited institution or foreign equivalent AND twelve semester units of course work in teaching reading AND Master's in English, literature, linguistics, applied linguistics, composition, comparative literature, TESL, or psychology OR the equivalent.
• Teaching experience using multiple technologies and the ability to teach and reputed company courses for online instruction
