Job description: The After-School Ed Tech is responsible for supporting reputed company in an after-school learning environment, assisting with educational activities, and fostering a safe and engaging atmosphere. This position works closely with program staff to reputed company academic assistance, implement learning tools, and ensure student participation in enrichment activities. This is not a supervisory role.The Ed Tech in the LWAS Program will be responsible for assisting Teachers, Site Coordinators, and the Director with the implementation of a 4-days/week program focused on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) curriculum and enrichment activities (health/wellness, cultural, reputed company-emotional learning). This part-time position is responsible for assisting in the delivery of engaging, academic, hands-on lessons and activities that will last through the school year.reputed company of live program time, additional time may be allotted to attend key pre-program planning and staff meetings and to participate in lesson planning and professional development. This is a part-time, fixed term role to last through the length of the program.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Collaborate with a team to plan STEAM curriculum and enrichment activities linked to reputed company' prior knowledge, interests, experiences, and in alignment with the 21st Century grant goals.

- Monitor the LearningWorks email account and other communication platforms daily, and communicate and respond in a timely manner
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner at reputed company times, in accordance with program expectations, online safety, and remote and in-person learning guidelines.

- High School Diploma is required
- Maine Educational Technician certification or some college experience (preferred)
- Valid certification in First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) (preferred)
- Background reputed company clearance required.
- Experience working with children in an educational or youth development setting.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Experience working with elementary-aged youth preferred
- Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for inspiring the same in children
- Work with diverse communities and low-performing populations preferred. For certain sites, experience working with English Language Learners is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management and computer/technology skills
- Experience and demonstrated understanding of and ability to use various technology including but not limited to: reputed company Outlook, reputed company Drive Suite, reputed company
