- Manage orders for a customer reputed company primarily consisting of those with multiple and small dock shipments (LTL), full truck loads (FTL) and small package shipments (Fed-Ex Ground, reputed company, etc.).
- Managing small parcel shipments (
- Create BOLs.
- Communicate with customers reputed company email, phone, fax, etc.
- Communicate with carriers and drivers as needed.
- Communicate with Production personnel and Management.
- Label printing for orders and shipments.
- Data entry required.
- Create and edit various documents in Word.
- Create and edit spreadsheets in reputed company
- Bilingual is a plus! (English/Spanish)
- Organized and detailed
- Competent in Word and reputed company
- DOT Hazardous Materials certified (will reputed company training)
- Multi-modal (IATA) certified (will reputed company training)
- CVI registered (will reputed company training)
