• Assist the Assistant Director of Academic Affairs with part-time faculty hiring.
• Help plan and organize academic events.
• Handle reimbursements and reputed company administrative tasks.
• Answer phone calls and manage office communications.
• Maintain office supply inventories.
• Support faculty with administrative requests.
• Assist academic committees and programs.
• Draft written correspondence.
• Manage and update databases.
• Other duties as assigned by the Academic Affairs department.

Primary responsibilities for Student Disability Resources include:

• Processing and scheduling exam accommodations
• Proctoring exams
• Assisting with events and operations of the SDR Center

This opening is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday during the Fall and Spring Semesters. Additional assistance may be requested during summer months.Requirements and Qualifications

• Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus one year of reputed company experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Database experience preferred.
