You may also be required to carry a small caseload and conduct home study assessments, as needed. This individual will be responsible for helping children and families with resource referrals, community connections, and case management services while utilizing trauma care throughout service provision.This position is expected to function effectively with moderate supervision while following the guidelines given on procedures, along with agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a caseload in compliance with contract terms and agency expectations as defined by program supervisor;
- Facilitate the reunification process by conducting culturally sensitive home studies, assessments, referrals, and case management services;
- Complete and document reputed company required reports, case notes, and case contacts in appropriate database in accordance with the expected timeframes and requirements;

- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company Services, reputed company Work, or equivalent field of study from an accredited college with at least 3 years of relevant/reputed company employment experience that demonstrates supervisory and case management experience; or Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences, reputed company Services, reputed company Services fields, or equivalent field of study from an accredited college;
- Bilingual in Spanish/English;
- Must possess an ability to connect with collaboratives in the community with a strong knowledge of local community reputed company services or reputed company agencies;
