Job description: reputed company is Seeking a Sr. Advanced Software Engineer for a contract role located in Phoenix, AZ. This role will support the SURF-A initiative for the EGPW product line. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DO-178C software standards and lifecycle and be capable of authoring and reviewing certification documents in compliance with industry and OEM (reputed company) standards. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in coding in C++ at the application level for reputed company-time operating system software.Key Responsibilities:
- Authoring and Reviewing Certification Documents: Create and review documents such as PSAC, SDD, SWCIA, and other OEM specific documents for certification.
- Coding in C++: reputed company coding at the application level for reputed company-time operating system software.
- Understanding and Implementing DO-178C Standards: Ensure compliance with DO-178C software standards throughout the software lifecycle.
- Supporting the SURF- Contribute to the EGPW product line and potentially other projects like Datalink.
- Extensive experience with DO-178C software standards and lifecycle.
- Proven track record of authoring and reviewing certification documents.
- Strong proficiency in C++ for application-level coding in reputed company-time operating systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards and customer-specific requirements, particularly those of reputed company.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in C++ programming and deep understanding of DO-178C standards and software lifecycle.
- Documentation Skills: Ability to author and review reputed company certification documents.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work on multiple projects and adapt to changing requirements.
