Furthermore, this position is also responsible for overseeing and supporting the assigned Project Coordinators. The Project Manager supports, trains, and guides the Project Coordinators in a positive and productive manner.Primary ResponsibilitiesTeam Responsibilities (60%):

• Assist in the recruitment of employees by taking an active part in the interview process.

• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of PCs work.
• Create and manage virtual project coverage.

• Monitor speaker usage & cap guidelines

Reporting Responsibilities (30%):

• Report Management/reputed company/Delivery of various report types that may include:

• Management Fees
• Speaker Honoraria & Expenses
• Project Status
• State Guidelines
• Cancelled Projects
• Budget Details & Breakdown
• Aggregate Spend & Financial Disclosure Reporting
• Speaker Usage
• Evaluations
• RSVP & Attendee
• Administration and distribution of Client Reporting on a Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reputed company
• Management and Verifications of Regional, District and or Territorial Budget Allocations
• Management of Compliance and Financial Disclosure Reporting to include project/project reconciliation procedures.

Other responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a strong knowledge of relevant reputed company products, disease states, and medical education.
• Proactively seeks out and recommends process improvements, cost savings and efficiencies.
• Attend onsite and offsite client and internal meetings as needed.

Qualifications & Software/Technology:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience.
• 3-5 years of medical communications experience inclusive of team management and industry specific software
• Ability to consistently manage multiple priorities and prioritizing activities to deliver high-quality results in a timely fashion
• Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary team, have strong management skills, and be reputed company/eager to motivate others while maintaining a level head in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in MS-Office, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Well developed skills in prioritizing, organizing, decision making, time management, and verbal/written communication
• Expert level understanding of PhRMA Guidelines and Sunshine Act

Travel Requirements:

• This position may require travel 1-12 times per year (including weekends).
