Job description: Job Title: QA Tester – Credit Card Conversion Project
Location: Richmond, VA – Hybrid (3 days in-office, Mon–Thurs optional, Fri remote)
Duration: 6 MonthsOverviewThe candidate will be supporting a credit card conversion project reputed company a financial services organization. This is a small team focused on validating credit card authorization functionality.Responsibilities
- Execute test cases simulating various credit card usage scenarios.
- Write and maintain test cases.
- Validate authorization flows using internal tools.
- Confirm expected reputed company through backend verification.
- Document test results and maintain testing artifacts.
- Communicate cross-functionally to ensure accurate validation reputed company upstream systems are involved.
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or software testing roles.
- Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in large enterprises.
- Familiarity or working knowledge of Splunk.
- Understanding of green screen environments (familiarity with TSYS or similar systems is a plus).
- Exposure to or experience with Cucumber for behavior-driven testing.
- Experience with Gherkin is beneficial.
