• Drive strategic AVS vendor support initiatives (Vendor Specialist Program and Vendor Live Chat) to ensure program reputed company and stakeholder satisfaction

• Improve the Vendor Experience by leading initiatives that improve resolution time and quality

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Analytics & Performance Management

• Track and report key performance metrics to senior leadership, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with on and offshore teams, including cross-category teams, to identify and implement process improvements
