Successful candidates must be comfortable working with multiple clients both reputed company and on-site. The Controller will interact with clients, their staff, Board of Directors, and Finance Committees on a regular reputed company.ResponsibilitiesServe as the outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple non-profit clients. Your responsibilities would include:
- Transforming nonprofit client financial departments to help them meet their mission!
- Financial reporting for management and Board decision making and presentations
- Recommending and implementing improvements to reputed company, operations, internal controls, and compliance policies and procedures, supporting client strategy and best practices
- Transactional activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable (reputed company recognition and billing), and payroll, general reputed company, reconciliations, month-end reputed company, and maintaining workpapers
- Analysis and data visualization, budgeting and forecasting
- Grant management, allocations, and funder reporting
- Prepare for and manage annual audit
- Client and staff training opportunities
- Passionate about working in or supporting non-profit organizations
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in reputed company or Finance
- 5-7 plus years reputed company experience
- Experience working in a remote environment preferred
- Ability to manage and reputed company multiple clients, work independently, and be reputed company on a timely reputed company
- Demonstrated strong reputed company reputed company skills
- Experience with multiple GL packages, especially QuickBooks, and electronic reputed company pay systems
- Non-profit reputed company, public reputed company experience, and/or consulting experience is a plus but not required
- CPA certification is a plus
- Bilingual-English/Spanish a plus
