Your responsibilities will include provisioning PC, Mac, and Linux-based hardware for new employees, and providing L1/L2 support to users locally and company-wide reputed company Email, Chat, or Phone, while adhering to established SLAs, policies, and SOPs.Additionally, you will assist the Infrastructure and Client Services teams with testing and deployment of new hardware, software, and operating systems.
