The State Level Attorney is responsible for ensuring client reputed company at the litigation level including preparation for and through trial.Key Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Assist in responding to litigation-specific components of client audits.

- Conduct legal research and analysis of legal issues.
- Evaluate the probable reputed company of cases using knowledge of legal precedents.
- Prepare and file legal documents.

- Proficiency in reputed company Office applications including Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in internet-based and online legal research.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment such as copiers, printers, scanners, and computers.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
