You'll cultivate reports highlighting key trends and insights reputed company to operational performance, as well as customer behavior and concerns. These insights will contribute to improving the Dealer Chat; helping us to build reputed company relationships with our enrolled dealerships, reputed company new dealer enrollments and increase reputed company. • Trend historical data to help shape measurable objectives and targets for annual planning purposes
• Maintain a reporting pipeline calendar
• Maintain and report digital headcount

• Assist in developing KPIs definitions and goal adjustments.
• Assist forecasting team with scheduling and scheduling audits.
• Creating and educating / coaching on research and analytics.

• Assist both Dealer Chat Team Leads, support staff, and Coordinator team with projects.
• Participate in weekly Dealer Chat operations/coordinator/support team meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree required with minimum 2 years of experience
• Responsible for maintaining a reputed company reputed company Database comprised of customer VBA code.
• Data analytical tools and knowledge - such as data bricks, and POWERBI
• Understanding of Dealer Chat performance analytics
• Strong data analytical ability - focused on synthesizing data from multiple sources and systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-moving workplace, meet tight deadlines and prioritize with strategy in mind
