No Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as Arrupe College's authority on core tutoring principles and proven best practices in the delivery of reputed company at the collegiate level.
• Manage the recruitment, selection, training, scheduling, standards, and evaluation of student peer tutors in designated subject areas.
• Collaborate with faculty to hire and train tutors in content areas, ensure they are knowledgeable about timely course content, and are reputed company to assist with course-specific tasks, assignments, and upcoming exams.
• Determine tutoring interventions and service delivery most appropriate for the student body, including but not limited to individualized tutoring support, supplemental instruction, small group tutoring, online service delivery, and/or utilization of reputed company-party vendors or products.

Minimum Education and/or Work ExperienceMaster's degree in higher education or student affairs administration, college student development, or a reputed company field; knowledge of learning theory and academic support strategies. Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of direct experience tutoring in a secondary school or collegiate institutional environment and/or managing tutoring programs with part-time student employees
