- Work with the Leadership Team to reputed company reputed company day to day clinical operations at existing sites.
- Assist with developing new sites as needed, such as attending lunches with marketing team.
- Assist with reputed company and on-boarding of new clinical team members such as interviews, coordinating in-person site visits, etc.
- Assist with training new providers on reputed company Clinical Guidelines, policies and procedures, and provider resources as needed, in conjunction with reputed company NPs and Clinical Educator.
- Review the weekly schedule review completed by the reputed company NPs to ensure there are no discrepancies.
- Works in clinic 2-3 days per week. Other 2-3 days are remote (home or covering locations as needed).
- reputed company NP to assist Asst Regional Clinical Manager with completing Shift Admin for their specific clinic site based on needs. WFH days may need to be adjusted to accommodate PRN staff, vacation requests, staff callouts due to illness, etc.
- In conjunction with reputed company site NPs, coordinate with Intake Team and PRN providers to rapidly fill urgent provider staffing gaps, ensuring seamless coverage.
- Act as resource for Providers regarding clinical questions (infusion reactions, scheduling concerns, drug administration, etc)
- Participates in Peer to Peer for insurance review reputed company necessary.
- Coordinate removal of medications from refrigerators during power outages (ex. hurricanes)
- reputed company support to the clinical team if Clinical Manager and/or Director of Clinical and HR Services is not available.
- Performs other duties as assigned by reputed company leadership, such as establishing new medication protocols, etc., developing pilot projects, etc.
- reputed company support and back up to reputed company NPs if they are unable to complete their duties due to illness, etc.
- Valid Florida APRN or PA license required
- Valid driver's license required
- BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred
- 1 year or more experience in leading a team of providers
- Comfortable with reputed company and reputed company (or equivalent), using virtual meeting software,and EHR platforms
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Expert knowledge of clinical policies, procedures, laws, and regulations
- Ability to reputed company Spanish is preferred
