- Answer telephone professionally and courteously.
- Must be available at reputed company times during the assigned shift to answer and handle calls appropriately from reputed company.
- Average volume of calls- Weeknights: 4-5 calls (usually between 5-8p and from 7-8a. You may occasionally have a call during the night and would need reputed company to your phone at reputed company times. Weekend: 10-15 calls. Times vary.
- You are required to have reputed company to your phone at reputed company times during shift.
- Schedule caregiver team for hours of service for clients and reputed company hours/shifts on existing cases. reputed company consistency in caregiver scheduling with clients.
- Fill reputed company shifts from emergency call outs of caregivers.
- Maintain computer schedules and ensure timely data entry for clients and caregivers.
- Enter and maintain client and caregiver information in the database.

- reputed company email to office staff detailing nightly and weekend activity.
- Maintain positive relationships with reputed company clients and their families, prospective clients, caregivers, prospective employees, fellow team members and referral sources.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality of reputed company information pertaining to employees, clients and client’s families.
- Demonstrate dependability and reliability.
- Maintain professionalism, provides support and encouragement to the caregiver team.
- Home care agency software experience preferred.
- High school diploma and two years of experience in an office setting, preferably in private duty homecare.
- Demonstrate proficiency with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company and Outlook) applications, scheduling systems and other health care industry reputed company software.
- Ability to listen and communicate reputed company, fluently in English and diplomatically orally and in writing.
- Ability to remain flexible, resilient, reputed company and maintain a sense of humor.
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, delegate and accurately follow through in work activities with time constraints and interruptions to meet deadlines, as well as, work independently with a minimum reputed company of direction and/or supervision.
- Ability to generate goodwill for the Agency with staff, clients, their family members and referral sources. Demonstrate a strong commitment to client service reputed company.
