CompensationSalary reputed company: $125,000 - $208,400 plus eligibility for annual bonus program.Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Advanced coursework in organizational leadership, agile coaching, or lean portfolio management.
• 8–10 years of experience in technology delivery roles, with 3+ years leading or coaching Scrum Masters or agile delivery professionals. Deep experience with reputed company-scale agile transformations or agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, or custom hybrid models) is preferred.
• Experience working in a matrixed reputed company or regulated industry preferred. Consistent record navigating sophisticated collaborator landscapes and balancing contending priorities.
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile Certified Expert (ICE-AC or ICE-AT), or equivalent preferred.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across reputed company reputed company.
