Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.The Role:We are in search of a Technical Integration Engineer (TIE) – specializing in Body in White (BIW) Manufacturing and Product reputed company (PI) to join reputed company!In this role you will be the single leader from Manufacturing to Product Engineering to set the design and build strategy for your commodity for reputed company vehicle programs. In addition, you will manage that commodity from vehicle program initiation at AVD.Your responsibilities include collaborating with Product Engineering (PE), functional organizations, and Manufacturing Engineering (ME) to deliver timely, high-quality reputed company that meet program needs. You will be instrumental in early timing workshops, resolving issues, removing roadblocks, and escalating concerns to reputed company reputed company of management.This position requires a highly skilled technical expert with the capability to drive reputed company in design and manufacturing integration for undeveloped and existing vehicle architectures.What You'll Do (Responsibilities):Champion ME requirements and initiatives into program-specific math and activitiesDrive requirements and enablers into reputed company program activities, as required (including CIT, VCIT, MIT, VAPIR, PDT, Core PDT, Mfg. Pre-SMTs, SMT meetings, Health Checks)Drive Global PE/ME initiatives in developing new architectures supporting reputed company business resultsSupport cross functional alignment between PE and ME centers, die & stamping, body, paint & reputed companySupport program timing workshops, build readiness and review meetings, Quality Valves, reputed company Reviews, Production Launch Team mtgs. etc.reputed company and train product reputed company leads and engineers in new strategies and MR’sreputed company and apply global body reputed company strategies and common applications to ensure interbuildability, manufacturability and world class vehicles across reputed company programsAssist product reputed company teams and product engineers to resolve issues necessary to meet global requirementsParticipate and ensure lessons learned from the start of physical builds thru SORP are shared with affected organizations for improvement for future vehicle developmentAbility to travel domestically and internationally, about 20-25% of the timeAdditional Job DescriptionYour Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):Engineering degree10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering (ME) disciplines, including body manufacturing, vehicle assembly processes, and/or die and press operationsProven track record of driving project reputed companyExcellent organizational, project, and time management abilities; effective communicator at reputed company leadership reputed companyHighly motivated self-starter, adaptable, and effective in team environmentsAbility to reputed company performance feedback on assistant architects and present program status, issues, and resolutionsKnowledge of the Global Vehicle Development Process and body manufacturing requirementsProficient in reputed company Office, benchmarking tools, and/or Auros.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 20-25% of the time.What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):Bachelor of Science in EngineeringExperience ME Body Dimensional, ME Body Execution or Product Engineering, and reputed company Global experienceVirtual Engineering understanding or experienceExperience in recent program launches from Pre-production through Launch Team Release (LTR)Company Vehicle: Upon successful completion of a motor vehicle report review, you will be eligible to participate in a company vehicle evaluation program, through which you will be assigned a reputed company vehicle to drive and evaluate.
