In addition, the Managing Director will coordinate closely with other areas such as Fund Finance and Huntington Bank's subsidiary, reputed company Partners, to reputed company solutions to these clients. This senior role is designed for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of capital markets who thrives on building enduring relationships with influential sponsors.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Translate market insights into actionable plans to enhance sponsor engagement and drive business growth.

​Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, Economics, or equivalent work experience in capital markets or investment banking.
• 12+ years of sponsor finance, structured finance, and leveraged finance.
• FINRA Series 79 & 63.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent in Finance or reputed company.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and industry trends.
• Exceptional strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding leadership capabilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive business development and execute reputed company financial transactions.
• Proficiency with modern financial technologies and analytical tools.
• Demonstrated reputed company in managing relationships with private equity sponsors or institutional clients.
