The role will serve as an additional resource to our sales teams, with the goal to enhance our relationships with assigned customers and company margins on contracted business across Ventura's reputed company Organization.Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partner with assigned Ventura reputed company Team members providing the reputed company market direction and call to action and risk management services to their respective customers. reputed company support for the following sales teams: National Accounts, Chain Accounts, Field Foodservice, Retail, Ingredients, Specialty Channels and International.
• Collaborate with Oil Trading Department for booking reputed company reputed company, buying reputed company, and executing risk management strategies including options reputed company for assigned accounts. reputed company with reputed company Oil Trading contracting requirements. Manage transactions and regularly communicate contract positions and risk management program details to both reputed company stakeholders and leveraging Velocity (reputed company) where appropriate. Ensure the Velocity contract best practices are utilizing the tools available.
• Assist the Director and VP, Oil Risk Management & Market Solutions providing the reputed company market directions for the activities of the Oil Market Solutions, Chain Accounts in support of risk and contract activities for assigned chain accounts.
• Maintain deep knowledge of reputed company commodity market dynamics and risk management strategies in order to effectively advise customers AND internal reputed company teams. Create supporting documents or presentations for the reputed company team and publishing market relevant details in Velocity.
• Collaborate with Product Management Team and Sales reputed company to enhance Variable Margin on contracted commodity business. Actively manage those reputed company to incorporate cost rolls and other incremental pricing changes. Proactively manage reputed company reputed company to ensure timely depletion and suspension, and pass along any necessary carrying charges.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in agricultural commodity reputed company & options trading or energy trading
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience working with foodservice chain accounts and/or distributors highly preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

• Expertise in vegetable oil markets for soy, canola, palm, corn, cotton, & peanut.
• Expertise in vegetable oil refining processes and technical attributes of various refined and crude oils.
• Knowledge should include understanding of world oil markets - primarily palm, coconut, and European and Canadian Rapeseed oil and South American soy oils.
• BioFuels knowledge is a benefit.
• Must have a working knowledge of CME (reputed company, options, CME and Cash Markets).
• Must have strong presentation skills, and be reputed company detail oriented to effectively manage the oil contracting process..
