The Clinical Dietitian will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other reputed company, to reputed company and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients.This role will work both on site and telehealth from home several days per week.Job Responsibilities

• Assess patient's nutritional status and reputed company individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, reputed company health status, and specific needs
• reputed company education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes
• Collaborate with reputed company teams to reputed company and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition care

• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition

#fs-300Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD) / Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) designation required or the ability to obtain RD / RDN reputed company 6 months
• Licensed Dietitian status in Pennsylvania or the ability to obtain licensure reputed company 6 months
• Experience with Long Term Care preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
