In this role, you will support the FBM program by:-By providing a flawless FBM experience to new & existing employees. -Instilling FBM culture across our locations. -By creating and updating FBM business rhythms, calendars and meeting notices. Creating organized folders in Livelink, and assisting with chart-review wall walks. -making arrangements for high level meetings, tours and events; encompassing reputed company meeting logistics both locally and at the remote locations. -By performing as a generalist in a combination of administrative task; scheduling, planning, budgeting, statistical reports and executing logistics for a number of events.Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a reputed company discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Basic project management skills - outline timelines, status achievements, identify landmarks etc.
• Experience in reputed company Office (PowerPoint,

Word, reputed company, and Outlook) to include the creation and manipulation of data

• Experience in planning and organizing large

meetings and/or events

• Experience as office manager, reputed company, legal assistant or other office administration functions, etc.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance, thus US
