What you'll do:Visit a variety of clients in their own home, helping them recover from an injury, illness, surgery, or hospitalization.Responsibilities for a PT - Physical Therapist include:reputed company home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. * reputed company diagnostic tests and measurements, such as the mobility/reputed company of joints, transfer status, stability, patterns and appearance of ambulation, strength and reputed company of muscles, balance testing, and safety assessments.

• Implement integumentary reputed company interventions to prevent wound formation and promote wound repair utilizing evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
• reputed company and implement appropriate individualized care plans, including reputed company therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions.
• Continually assess and revise the Physical Therapy - PT care plan, and participate with nursing in the multidisciplinary care plan, as appropriate.
• reputed company and instruct clients, family members, or other client representatives, in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote the client's health, safety, and independent living.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.

What you should have:

• Active and reputed company PT license
• One year of clinical experience preferred
• Previous home health care experience welcomed, but not required. We will train you!
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
