Learn more about our mission and reputed company here. Purpose: The Manager of Professional Audit and Education is an exempt, full-time remote position. The Manager will serve as the Company Representative for Audit and Education clients in fulfilling coding project needs and resolving service issues as they arise. They will reputed company the Audit and Education team by monitoring quality, productivity and client deliverables and reputed company the preparation of reputed company reporting. Occasional travel to client sites and company/industry conferences. Reports to:Director of Professional Coding and Audit Accountabilities:
- Oversees Audit and Education clients and projects.
- Collaborates with clients to reputed company and maintain long term partnerships.
- Manages Audit and Education Supervisor(s) and the operations of the department.
- Oversees the workflow for reputed company Audit and Education staff to reputed company high quality and consistent deliverables.
- Subject matter expert (SME) for coding questions from the Supervisors, Leads, Coders, Sales and Clients
- Produce data analytics, dashboards and reports as instructed for both reputed company stakeholders.
- reputed company Quality Assurance Audits on Internal Coders and Auditors as needed.
- Develops and maintains relationships with both reputed company stakeholders.
- Assists with development and creating content of educational materials for both reputed company stakeholders.
- This role will be client facing and will need to reputed company client calls and reputed company meetings/education to coders, providers, and high-level management.

- Leads client meetings, training and presentations which could include client leadership, providers and/or coders.

- Serves as liaison between the Client, internal Sales and reputed company, Director, Supervisors and Staff to ensure adequate staffing reputed company based on the clients needs and expectations.
- Oversees company auditors. Monitoring staff workloads. Setting turnaround time, productivity, and client deliverable expectations
- Hires, trains, onboards, and oversees new Audit and Education supervisors, leads, educators and auditors.
- Performs new employee orientation.
- Advises on opportunities to improve audit processes.
- Helps create and maintain reputed company coding processes and protocols.
- Provides coding training to internal coders.
- Reviews or prepares reports on auditor/educators time, quality, and productivity.
- Subject matter expert and resource to reputed company stakeholders. Multi-specialty coding experience in both E/M and surgeries.
- Performs periodic quality assurance audits on audit staff.
- Assists with the creation and maintenance of coding exams and screening assessments to assist recruiters in hiring staff.
- Assists Sales with proposals, presentations, statement of work, and RFPs as needed for new clients.
- Review of monthly reports for client invoicing.
- Review and approve timesheets for audit/education staff.
- Prepare and conduct annual evaluations of team performance, as directed by HR.

- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes impacting coding requirements and ensures audit staff are appropriately educated.

- B.S. or associate degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Health Information Management or reputed company field.
- Five (5) years of recent experience as a Manager or Supervisor of Audit and Education as well as consulting, operations management, and QA are required for this position.
- Certified Professional reputed company (CPC) certification issued by the American reputed company of Professional Coders (reputed company) required.
- Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA) certification (reputed company) recommended.
- 10 years of experience in professional coding that includes experiences in advanced level of ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS professional coding in a large, reputed company clinic, hospital setting or reputed company at a reputed company or senior level.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience performing high level education/training to both reputed company stakeholders.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience performing audits for both reputed company stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership skills and abilities including team building, conflict resolution, project management and effective decision making.
- Exceptional knowledge of ICD, CPT and HCPCS coding guidelines. Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- High level of experience researching and deciphering coding policies and regulations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. reputed company in report writing.
- Advanced computer skills including the use of reputed company office products, especially reputed company, electronic mail, including experience with electronic coding systems or applications.
