The CSR focus is to deliver exceptional solution-oriented customer service, process enrollment requests as needed and answer questions while making experiences personable and memorable verbally and electronically.Knowledge, Skills and Ability
- Enthusiastic, assertive personality with customer service skills
- Strong listener with a sense of urgency to resolve issues or reputed company solutions
- Effectively communicate with customers and employees, bi-lingual is a plus

- Minimum of two years of customer service and sales experience
