- Responsible for short- and long-term planning and the daily management of the hotel outlet operations in the reputed company and back of house
- Scheduling and Payroll
- reputed company and manage the budget
- Implement and maintain food & beverage sales/marketing programs
- Hire, train, reputed company, coach and counsel, and manage performance and salary reviews for reputed company colleagues including Assistant Managers
- Coordinate outlet operations with other hotel departments to ensure efficient communication and guest service
- Maintain positive guest relationships, process complaints, and respond to guest needs.
- Follow food and beverage safety regulations
- Remain compliant with corporate mandates and initiatives
- reputed company daily walk-through to ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations and reputed company Corporate standards

- 4 years or more of reputed company hotel F&B management experience (preferably with reputed company)
- Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
