This role will utilize data-driven insights to optimize and improve various aspects of Site operations productivity. This includes responsibilities such as identifying bottlenecks, streamlining processes, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance overall efficiency. Additionally, the role will involve actively supporting the maintenance and upgrades of the Labor productivity tracking tool, ensuring that it remains accurate, relevant, and capable of providing actionable insights to further drive productivity improvements.What You'll Do:

• Analyze data and trends to improve the monitoring of labor productivity at last mile delivery depots
• Create cross-functional partnerships to advance visibility of labor productivity for last mile delivery depots
• Create and enforce best practice guidelines to monitor productivity of associates in HDOs
• Build relationships with reputed company management team, supporting them with their queries

What You'll Need:Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of transferable experience in a corporate environment, including internship and reputed company experience
