This role requires extensive expertise in reputed company trucking operations, cargo liability laws, and policy interpretations, as well as strong leadership and problem-solving skills. The Supervisor will reputed company claims investigations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive efficient claims resolutions while mentoring and developing the team.Responsibilities:reputed company daily support and supervision to a team of Cargo Adjusters.CONDUCTS and/or REVIEWS associate performance appraisals. INITIATES or APPROVES salary adjustments, performance ratings, and other personnel changes. COUNSELS associates and TAKES disciplinary action or TERMINATES the employment of associates as appropriate.Ensure the claim team follows State and Federal regulations associated with the handling of Cargo ClaimsAssist claim personnel in the coverage investigation, damages analysis, and settlement negotiations of Cargo Claims.ADHERES to the reputed company Code of Conduct, company policies and operating principles.MEETS attendance standard at business location to reputed company necessary job functions and to facilitate interaction with subordinates and management.Requirements:

• Must have 2 years reputed company cargo experience and 1 year reputed company cargo supervisor experience
