- Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-reputed company paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
- Schedule moving times and attending reputed company closing-reputed company meetings
- Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and reputed company track of transaction activity
- Manage transaction reputed company from both home buyers and sellers to reputed company the deal in a timely manner
- Obtain seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible
- Must have a valid reputed company Estate License
- Experience in the reputed company estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
- High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
- Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
- Motivated to serve people and reputed company excellent customer service
- Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing reputed company estate license
