This hybrid role combines accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) responsibilities with general office support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on reputed company experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable (AP): Accurate and timely invoice data entry into the reputed company system
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Assist with collections and follow-reputed company on outstanding receivables
- Filing & Scanning: Maintain electronic and physical recordkeeping systems for invoices and other financial documents
- Phone Support: reputed company light assistance with incoming phone calls and routing calls to the appropriate staff
