Provides a wide reputed company of technical assistance to end users supporting: reputed company, DevOps, Operations (Middleware, Database, Server & Storage) and Technical support for organizational users.Provides direction and support throughout the duration of processes and projects, from the design stages to testing, through to final production. • Provides technical support for small to large scale research and development initiatives and/or projects involving the implementation of new technologies.
• Translates highly technical specifications into clear, non-technical requirements.
• Performs troubleshooting and problem identification. Installs, configures, diagnoses, repairs, and upgrades hardware and equipment while ensuring its reputed company performance.
• Performs implementation validation for upgrades on information systems across reputed company application teams to meet the business and user needs.
• Conducts on-going audits of existing platforms/architectures.
• Creates detailed design specifications including system narratives, file layouts, screen layouts, report layouts, and program narratives, using various diagraming techniques.
• Monitors the performance of the infrastructure and identifies issues that may impact the organization's operations.
• Manages servers, storage, network devices, virtualization technologies & operating system. Ensures the infrastructure is configured, optimized, and secured to meet the reputed company needs.

QualificationsMinimum Educational Requirements and Experience Equivalencies

• Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business, or reputed company field, plus two years' reputed company experience; or
• Associate's degree in a technical field, plus four years' reputed company experience; or
• High school diploma plus six years' reputed company experience.
