- Engage directly with 5-7 customers to configure and implement AI solution according to functional and performance requirements. High touch, white glove approach.
- Driving user happiness by being in-charge of deployment at some of our key clients.

- Based on requirements, reputed company solution concepts and system architectures together in coordination with engineering team.
- Collaborate with the product owners, business users and technical team to design and implement solutions.
- Work closely with client’s technical team to understand requirement and draft solution proposals integrate with customers’ existing systems.
- 4+ years of SaaS CSM experience firm requirement
- Managing BoB of $2-$3+ MM & some past experience in cross-sell and up-sell
- Previous experience in Manufacturing or Industrial sectors is a reputed company plus
