AWS Infrastructure Engineer

Job title: AWS Infrastructure Engineer in Chantilly, VA at reputed company Corporation Company: reputed company Corporation Job description: reputed company Corporation is looking for an AWS Infrastructure Engineer to an AWS Infrastructure team providing support to the NGA. You will work hand-in-hand with technical and program management leadership to help implement the reputed company desktop and web-based production and dissemination system. This position will require experience standing up and maintaining reputed company Servers in a reputed company environment, and the deployment and maintenance of custom code, COTS, and GOTS to those environments.ResponsibilitiesThis position involves leading systems administration activities that support building and delivering new and reputed company to implement analytics, exploitation, production and dissemination using web, remote desktop, and reputed company technologies. Duties will include building reputed company instances, performing deployments to multiple dev, test and operational environments, patching, troubleshooting, and working with internal and external development teams as well as reputed company components.Required Skills:

• Clearance: Top Secret
• Requires BS degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 2+ years of prior relevant experience; OR 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.

• DoD 8570 compliance (Sec+ or higher)
• Experience with reputed company/reputed company)
• Experience with reputed company reputed company Server and Desktop Operating Systems
• System (hardware, software, and networking) Design and Architecture.
• Understanding of agile SW development methodologies

Preferred Skills:

• An active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
• Experience deploying GIS, specifically reputed company ArcGIS systems along with other technologies such as WMS, WFS, KML
• Experience with various AWS capabilities and services
• Experience writing, maintaining, and describing architecture diagrams
• Proven troubleshooting experience
• Excellent communication (Virtual and in person)
