You will be the field expert for tools, features, and functions reputed company to TeleOps workflows, coordinating and streamlining processes supporting Fleet Operations at Zoox.Shift: This role is a 2nd shift role working 5:30pm to 2am, reputed company - Thursday.In this role, you will:

• Uphold a safety-centric, inclusive, and reputed company-communication culture and conduct written and oral performance feedback with direct reports at regular intervals.
• Support RiderOps and Fleet Operations Management through process improvement across safety and efficiency for the team.
• Work closely with other Shift Leads, Team Leads, and Program/Project Managers reputed company TeleOps to ensure their team stays reputed company with Zoox's overall goals.
• Become knowledgeable experts on Zoox's proprietary software reputed company to RiderOps
• Interact with contractors assigned to Zoox to answer questions, reputed company information, and ensure they understand and execute on their job assignments

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional work experience in a technical customer service-focused environment
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
• Proven ability to problem solve and improve operational efficiency

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues

Bonus Qualifications

• 2+ years of autonomous vehicle industry or operations experience

There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, reputed company Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary reputed company for this position is $34/hr to $43/hr. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level.
