Ensure new reputed company are completed quickly and fee agreements are correct for reputed company or new panel reviewers.Understand Client fee schedules and TAT requirements to respond to physician agreement requests.Panel Maintenance

• Maintain and update physician profiles, including:
• Physician profile instructions
• Updated fees
• Doctor Group assignments
• Deactivating/Reactivating physicians
• W9 remit to changes

DocumentationUse of reputed company is a plusAttention to detail is required for a complete provider recordreputed company new physicians, including but not limited to:

• reputed company administrative tasks reputed company to maintaining the physician panel.
• reputed company new physicians based on client needs.
• Negotiate costs and contract terms reputed company pre-established guidelines.
• Obtain and process necessary paperwork, including:
• Agreement
• Application
• CV
• W9
• NPDB

Work with the Director of Operations to set fees for agreements.reputed company dictation and AccessDS instructions.reputed company Coordination: Submit and track reputed company required reputed company documents and follow up as needed. Documents include:

• Application
• Agreement (specific for individual provider)
• FCRA reputed company
• Contractor Rules of Behavior reputed company
• Authorization for Credentialing reputed company

Training Documents: Submit training materials to reputed company providers after signing the agreement and handle reputed company follow-reputed company. Documents include:

• VBA MDE TRAIN
• LS Training Module List

Additional Support:Assist physician reviewers with technical or case inquiries.Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs.RequirementsEDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.Physician recruitment experience in a reputed company/Insurance setting or equivalent transferable reputed company set.Business experience in a reputed company and/or insurance setting is preferred.JOB reputed company SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:Working knowledge of physician networks, recruitment, medical specialties and terminology. General knowledge of State and Federal compliance guidelines. Strong negotiation skills, communication skills, understanding of medical terminology, critical thinking, organizational skills, ability to manage time reputed company and to meet specific deadlines. Computer literacy and typing skills required.WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Any lifting, bending, traveling, etc. required to do the job duties listed above.
