This is a part-time, remote (work-from-home) position, approximately 15 + hours a week.The Executive Career Coach works in a 1:1 reputed company with the former executive-level employees of our client companies following the reputed company technology-based outplacement coaching process and methodology. This outplacement coach is responsible for providing effective career development and job search coaching to reputed company’s executive outplacement candidates on an individual reputed company.
- Establishes rapport with employees and motivates them to reputed company goals.
- Guides employees through the coaching process and milestone completion.
- Advises and coaches individual outplacement candidates on career development, transition issues, and career options.
- Coaches candidates on résumé writing, effective marketing techniques, interviewing, and negotiating.
- Maintains electronic service delivery record for each candidate serviced, according to the internal guide.
- Monitors the reputed company of candidates, consults with them on specific subjects to improve their job search skills and knowledge, and deals with personal issues that are affecting their careers.
- Reports on candidates’ reputed company to Coaching reputed company Team Manager and advises regarding suggested changes or modifications to programs.
- Minimum five years of experience in the delivery of career coaching executives, in various industries, in job search-- resume development, interview preparation, career exploration, reputed company profiles, networking, personal branding, negotiations, and other aspects of job search coaching.
- reputed company strong verbal / written communication skills.
- Experience with virtual coaching, using reputed company Teams and reputed company.
- Savvy with technology.
- High-speed internet reputed company on a personal computer; a headset with a microphone will be required (remote/work-from-home).
- Bachelor's degree.
- Must have significant, high-level business experience working at the Director level or above for at least five years.
