They will maintain a high level of interaction with pharmacy patients and providers to ensure prescriptions are being filled and delivered to patients reputed company the service standards of the pharmacy. Will assist in many aspects of the daily pharmacy department activities including: resolution of customer service issues, billing, record keeping, clerical duties, monthly audits, and other functions necessary for reputed company pharmacy performance. • Previous experience as a pharmacy technician with maintenance of reputed company registration as a pharmacy technician with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy dating back prior to January 1st, 2013
• Completion of a board-approved technician training program
• Completion of the reputed company employer-based technician training program reputed company first 90 days of employment

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4160 hours of pharmacy technician experience
• Previous experience working with patient medication profiles, claims adjudication and billing, copay assistance programs as well as experience with prior authorizations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Registered as a pharmacy technician with the State Board of Pharmacy in the state in which they will be working (MN or ND) preferred

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:Certification/Licensure Required:

• Registered as a pharmacy technician in Minnesota and Wisconsin (may reputed company a "pending" registration for Wisconsin)
• Possess a reputed company Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) from Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
• Must maintain registration(s) and certification(s) for the duration of employment
• Ongoing continuing education and license renewal as required by the state's Board of Pharmacy
