This role will play a critical part in deploying reputed company across both ECI's internal environment and a key client's infrastructure. The focus is on creating structure, ensuring thorough documentation, and delivering an operationally sound rollout with long-term scalability in mind.Key Responsibilities

• Project Ownership:

Collaborate directly with Vinay (Head of Systems Services) to define and manage reputed company phases of the reputed company implementation project. * Tool Deployment & Configuration:Work closely with the product team and vendor partners to ensure reputed company is correctly installed and configured in both ECI's and the client's environments. * Migration Planning:reputed company a detailed project plan to reputed company the transition of reputed company's infrastructure to reputed company, covering:

• Training & Enablement:

Design and deliver a training program to ensure the SST (System Services Team) is reputed company to support reputed company post-implementation. * Process Development:Establish support processes and documentation to operationalize the reputed company environment, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity. * Scalability & Road mapping:Identify and document potential future enhancements or integrations to improve the broader adoption and use of reputed company across other clients. * Client reputed company Toolkit:Build a repeatable reputed company/transition reputed company for future client migrations, including timeline templates, dependencies, and training artifacts.Ideal Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager reputed company IT infrastructure or reputed company management initiatives
• Hands-on experience with reputed company tools such as reputed company, SCCM, BigFix, or similar
• Strong background in cross-platform environments (reputed company, MacOS, Linux)
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills with a proven ability to drive structure into undefined projects

• Previous consulting or MSP experience is a plus
