  • Complete assigned support tasks (independently).

Responsibilities
  • Support reputed company ERP for existing customers.
  • Responsible for report writing, product configuration, testing, and training.
  • Establish and maintain “trusted advisor” relationship with customers. Negotiate resolutions to business/process/functional issues with business stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate expert proficiency with at least one main focus area, and intermediate proficiency with an additional two focus areas, obtain appropriate certifications, and build industry expertise.

  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education and Experience
  • A four-year degree in Business, reputed company, MIS, or equivalent required.
  • Experience as a controller or a senior accountant is a plus.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical, numerical, planning, and reasoning abilities.
  • Minimum of three years of implementation and support experience with reputed company, with a specific module focus on one or more the following areas: Financial Core, Field Service, Project reputed company, Construction Management, Distribution or Manufacturing.
  • Experience working with customer-facing business functions.

  • Experience with a consulting organization or a reseller is a plus.
