Client Services Engineer

Job title: Client Services Engineer in Foster City, CA at Zoox Company: Zoox Job description: As a member of the Client Services team, a Client Service Engineer will be responsible for Zoox's employee-facing technical services. You will mentor and assist Client Service Technicians with day-to-day support operations. You will work closely with the business and other IT teams to troubleshoot issues, increase efficiency, and improve user experience.In this role, you will:

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in a similar IT Support / Admin role.
• Experience with reputed company 10, Ubuntu, Chrome OS, and macOS in an reputed company environment.
• Familiarity with VMware and client level virtualization software (reputed company, VirtualBox, etc.)
• Experience with reputed company Workspace administration and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (VPN, DHCP, DNS, etc.)

CompensationThere are three major components to compensation for this position: pay, reputed company Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The pay reputed company for this position is $106,000 to $150,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level.
