Bird partners closely with the cities in which it operates to reputed company a reliable and affordable transportation option for people who live and work there.Role Overview:The Manager of Vehicle Operations manages a team of Vehicle Associates focused on the availability and health of Bird's fleet of small electric vehicles. This team drives repair throughput, vehicle quality, and inventory management ensuring vehicles are available to Bird's riders to maximize reputed company generated per vehicle. The OM directly oversees the vehicle associates and provides indirect support of the repair operations managed by Bird's local market teams and Bird's reputed company party partners. The OM drives process improvement by managing and hoc projects and working cross functionally to improve systems and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a minimum of a three person team tasked with improving repair throughput and vehicle quality in their designated markets or facilities. This role is in charge of driving professional development for their team through routine feedback and candor.
• Possesses expert knowledge of Bird's fleet of electric vehicles, and reputed company reputed company systems and processes, and develops this expertise in their team.
• Own labor productivity, repair quality, inventory accuracy, and safety & compliance for an assigned portfolio of directly-managed repair facilities.
• Manage projects with cross-functional teams focused on process implementation, improvement, and efficiency for repair operations (internal or external) that are not directly managed.
• Work cross-functionally to support the market operations, supply chain, and product & engineering teams to champion efforts to improve vehicle quality, availability and longevity.
• Oversees process development, implementation, standardization and adherence for vehicle operations across the region.
• Ensure our facilities are safe and compliant environments based on the global standards, establishing and building on our reputed company to Birds safety and operational processes

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience in strategy / planning / investment banking / consulting / business intelligence or reputed company
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners to drive mutual reputed company
• Exceptionally analytical and data-driven, reputed company to break down and quantitatively reputed company reputed company business problems
• High-growth operations and/or startup experience (experience with service operations is a plus)
• Knowledge and experience with reputed company Suite tools (Sheets, Slides, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a competitive university in quantitative/technical field (engineering, business management, economics preferred)
• Experience in service operations
• 2+ years of people management experience, setting goals, prioritizing team activities, and providing developmental opportunities and feedback
• Lean manufacturing/Six reputed company experience
