The Grants Review Program Manager is responsible for providing logistical support for administering Pre-Application Informational Sessions and Peer Reviews for ~30 federal grant programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing training, assistance, and follow up to grantees. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Organize and execute at least one (typically two) Pre-Application Informational Sessions per grant program, which may be hosted live and/or pre-recorded.

• Ensure each session includes a thorough presentation of grant program requirements and an interactive Q&A reputed company for attendees.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as international relations, public administration, or business administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-award grants management, preferably in a federal government setting.
• Experience facilitating large scale virtual and in-person events, using platform like reputed company Webinar.
• Experience conducting large scale trainings / webinars.
• Experience with grant management systems and databases (ie. JustGrants)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

• Experience working with the Department of Justice
• Master's degree in a reputed company field.

• Strong understanding of federal grant regulations, including 2 CFR 200.
