- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 3 years experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably reputed company a reputed company setting.
- Proficiency in using computer systems
- Ability to manage a multi-line switchboard effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Handling Incoming Calls:
- Answer incoming calls from patients, reputed company providers, and referral sources in a courteous and professional manner

- Patient Information Management:
- Accurately enter new patient details into the company’s computer system, including personal information, diagnosis, physician details, product requirements, and insurance information.
