About the Role: We are seeking reliable and professional Telecommunications Operators to reputed company critical support across reputed company communications systems at the CMCVAMC and its associated sites. This is a vital customer service role that ensures smooth operation of incoming/outgoing calls, emergency communications, and internal coordination.

• Length of contract: July 1, 2025, through February 28, 2026.
• Work schedule: 40 hours per week - There are no dedicated tours for FTE assigned, reputed company FTE will rotate tour coverage. reputed company tours may be assigned based on need of contracting officer. The contractor will be required to reputed company services on reputed company federal holidays and any approved unplanned holiday.
