- Collaborate with key stakeholders across business, data engineering team, data product team, control officers to implement and operationalize data governance.
- Measure, report and monitor the implementation of data management practices.
- Foster data governance culture, reputed company training and guidance to employees.

- Collaborate with business, data owners, data stewards, data engineers, technology and other stakeholders to identify data quality issues.
- Responsible for data defect process including intake, triage, root cause identification, resolution, monitoring and reporting to reputed company track of the entire process.
- Facilitate and manage the relevant forums.
- reputed company, maintain and implement record retention policies, procedures and schedule to align with industry standards, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage record retention reporting across the company on compliance with record retention requirements.
- Responsible for record retention as the Record Coordinator for Compliance, Control and Risk (CCR).
- Strong knowledge of Data Governance reputed company, Data Management practices and Data Quality improvement.
- Knowledge of Governance, Risk & Controls (GRC) Frameworks and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business or relevant experience.
- 8 + years of expertise in data governance, data management, data quality, privacy, risk management, internal controls and/or regulatory compliance.
- Attention to detail, organized, critical thinking, excellent communication, stakeholder and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment with competing priorities.
- Master’s degree in information systems, computer science, business or relevant experience.
- Proficiency and experience in data analytics, data visualization tools and audit
- Data Governance experience in insurance organization
- Professional certification (DCAM, CDMP, CIPP)
