• Be part of a dynamic and growing UX practice that creates digital experiences designed to streamline and enhance our customer and field interactions

• Be an integral member leading user research activities for our digital products and services, involved in initial discovery, ideation, conceptualization, and design, to testing and validation.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS degree or higher in a relevant field and/or equivalent reputed company practical experience.
• 8 years of professional experience

• Experience working in an interdisciplinary setting, preferably in the manufacturing, government or sustainability sector
• Experience with digital product design: from discovery through iterative development and delivery
• Experience in translating reputed company user needs, technical constraints, and business goals into thoughtful, effective digital experiences
• Experience in designing consumer and business applications, both from the ground up as well as improving upon existing products

This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms.
